Twig is a lovely little coffee shop in Glossop railway station, great coffee and food, in a warm and friendly atmosphere....worth going to catch a train much earlier and spend the time in Twig...yes they do take-away too.
Good coffee, friendly staff, and actually in the station so handy for leaving it to the last minute to go for the train. I've not rated the food (so that's a "don't know" not a "horrible") as I only ever order tea or coffee, but the free bikkies are welcome

The coffee is actually really good, and they have a reasonable selection of enjoyable food to cover more than one dietary requirement. They have a really big selection of vegan cakes, and gultan free biscuits. The latte art done by the staff is wonderful. And the staff are always absolutely lovely and happy to help if you need it. They also have super food lattes that are absolutely wonderful.
Straight up tasty coffee and great smoothies too. Food is delicious for a quick warm bite to eat - have to try the Lime & Corriander Chicken Nigella Panini
What a lovely experience. Right at the entrance of the Glossop train station and great coffee to go with it.
Fantastic coffee and selection of foods! Tried the 'Golden latte' which was peculiar to taste at first but otherwise very lovely, hearty and warming. Also had a filled ciabatta which was beautiful warmed up. Good value for what you get. Friendly atomsphere and speedy service. This is room to sit in but it does get full quite fast! No toilet on site but one in the station just up from the shop. Will definitely visit again!
